Policies

  1. We request 50% deposit for every reservation made.  You can pay via Western Union, PNB bank deposit, or you can personally visit us for the payment.  We charge 10% of the total payment if cancellation is done 2-3 days before the expected date of arrival, plus the Western Union transfer charge.  We charge 15% of the total payment if cancellation is done 1 day before the expected date of arrival, plus the Western Union transfer charge.
  2. Earliest check in time is 10am and the latest for check out is 1pm. Please let us know when your approximate arrival time.   If you will be late, please call. 
  3. Additional persons may occupy our rooms by special arrangement for an another charge of P250-300 per head a night, depending on the type of room being rented.
  4. All rates and fees are subject to change without prior notice.  Rates may change during high and low seasons.  Please contact us for our current room rates.
  5. Smoking is permitted in designated, outside areas only.  Smoking inside the room is not allowed.
  6. Fireplaces may be lit only by a Bagalima Inn staff free of charge.
  7. Any kind of pets are not permitted.
  8. Weapons, explosive and illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.
  9. Cooking of food and washing of clothes are not permitted in the room.  We have a kitchen where you can cook, for an extra minimal charge, and also a designated area for washing.
  10. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to guest house property.
  11. Our curfew time is 9pm.  We request all our guests to keep all unnecessary noises to minimal from 9pm until 6am.
  12. Turn off all lights and water, and unplug all devices from the outlet whenever you leave your room.
  13. No taking of items like bed sheets, pillows, towels, etc. from the room.
  14. Return the key when checking out.  Lost keys will be charged P300 each.
