  1. How do I get to Sagada?  Where can we eat?  What do we need to bring?   2. Where is Bagalima Inn located and how do we contact you?  We are located in Atey, Sagada, Mountain Province with mobile number (63) 947 7046613 and email address at inquire@sagadabagalima.com.  We are only 3-minute walk from the Lemon Pie House.  Click here to view our map..  
  3. Can I make a reservation without a deposit?  No.  We request 50% deposit for every reservation made.  To reserve a room, simply click for the reservation form.
  4. How do we make the payment and what is the refund policy for deposit payments?  You can pay via Western Union, PNB bank deposit, or you can personally visit us for the payment.  We charge 10% of the total payment if cancellation is done 2-3 days before the expected date of arrival, plus the Western Union transfer charge.  We charge 15% of the total payment if cancellation is done 1 day before the expected date of arrival, plus the Western Union transfer charge.
  5. How early in advance can I make a booking?  We request our guests to make a reservation 1-4 weeks in advance before the expected date of arrival.  
  6. Do you provide shuttle and tour services while we're in Sagada?  Yes we do.  Please call us or email us for shuttle rate.
  7. What are your check in and check out time?  Earliest check in time is 10am and the latest for check out is 1pm.
  8. Do you have Wi-Fi?  Yes, we do and it is free of charge.
  9. Do you have air-conditioner and heater in your rooms?  Unfortunately, we don't.
  10. What are provided in our entire stay?  We provide bed sheets, pillows, towels, and hot shower.  You can request for addition, but there will be an additional charge for that.  
  11. Do you offer massage service?  Yes, we do.  We have trained masseurs and masseuses that do massage service right in your very room.  Just approach our help desk for a schedule.
  12. Do you have a kitchen with cooking utilities?  Yes, we do.  There is an additional charge for that. 
  13. Do you have a fridge, hair dryer, and water boiler in the room?  No, we don't.

NOTE:  Bagalima Inn is located in Atey, Sagada, Mountain Province.  We are approximately 2 minutes walk from the South Road.  Guests would have to walk down from the main road using our 50-step stairs which is perfectly safe.  Elderly or people who are physically challenged would need assistance coming down to our building.
